1. Reservation Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, the cancellation conditions applicable to your booking will apply.

Eligibility for free cancellation, cancellation charges or refunds may vary according to the selected rate and booking package.

2. Prepaid Reservations

Cancellation and refund conditions for prepaid reservations depend on the selected rate.

Some rates may be refundable under specified conditions, while promotional or special rates may have different cancellation and refund rules.

3. Reservation Changes

You may request changes to collection or return dates, times, locations, vehicle categories or other booking details.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in a different rental price or different booking conditions.

4. No-Show

If the vehicle is not collected on the scheduled date and the reservation has not been cancelled in advance, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Depending on the applicable conditions, a refund may not be available or certain charges may apply.

5. Late Collection

If you expect to collect the vehicle later than the scheduled time, you should contact Autofix Rental.

Without prior notification, continued vehicle availability or maintenance of the reservation cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Early Vehicle Return

If the vehicle is returned before the scheduled end of the rental period, a refund for unused rental days is not automatically guaranteed.

Early return conditions are determined according to the applicable reservation and rental agreement.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it may be processed to the original payment method or through another applicable method.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider and payment method.

8. Additional Services

Cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as child seats, additional drivers or protection packages may differ from those of the main vehicle reservation.

The conditions displayed for the relevant service at the time of booking will apply.

9. Promotional and Special Rates

Bookings made using promotions, discount codes or special rates may have different modification, cancellation and refund conditions.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases such as flight cancellations, travel restrictions or other circumstances outside the parties' reasonable control, available modification and cancellation options will be assessed according to the booking conditions and applicable law.

11. Cancellation and Refund Requests

Your reservation number and relevant information about the reservation holder may be required when submitting a cancellation, modification or refund request.

Submitting requests as early as possible can help facilitate processing.
