How can I make a reservation?

Select your collection and return locations, dates and times on the Autofix Rental website to view available vehicles and complete your reservation.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rate and cancellation conditions applicable to your booking. You can contact Autofix Rental if you need to modify your reservation.

What should I check when collecting the vehicle?

We recommend checking the vehicle's documented condition, fuel level, mileage and supplied equipment. Any discrepancy should be reported to the authorized staff at the time of collection.

Can I return the vehicle to a different location?

One-way rentals may be available between eligible locations. Availability and any additional charges can be viewed during the reservation process or confirmed with Autofix Rental.

Can another person drive the rental vehicle?

The vehicle should only be driven by drivers authorized under the rental agreement. Additional drivers may be subject to applicable conditions and additional charges.

What is the fuel policy?

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

Contact Autofix Rental as soon as reasonably possible and follow the instructions provided. Where required, obtain the necessary documentation from the police or other competent authorities.

Can I extend my rental period?
