Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement sets out the general terms governing the rights and obligations of users who create an account to use the Autofix Rental website and available online services.
By completing the membership registration process, the user acknowledges and accepts the terms of this agreement.
1. Membership and Account Creation
Users may create an account by providing the information requested on the Autofix Rental website. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.
Users should update their account information when necessary.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username, password and other account credentials.
If unauthorized use of an account is detected, Autofix Rental should be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Use of Membership Services
Members may use eligible online services, reservation functions and account-related features provided by Autofix Rental.
Membership accounts may not be used for illegal, misleading or abusive activities or in any manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
4. Reservations and Vehicle Rentals
Creating a membership account does not automatically provide a right to rent a vehicle. Each rental is subject to vehicle availability, driver requirements, age and driving licence conditions, payment requirements and applicable rental terms.
Prices, additional services, insurance or protection options and other conditions presented during the reservation process apply to the relevant booking.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use their membership accounts in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of this agreement.
Providing false or misleading information, using another person's information without authorization or engaging in activities that could compromise system security is prohibited.
6. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data provided as part of membership services is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant Autofix Rental privacy and personal data protection notices.
Users can review the applicable privacy notices for further information regarding the processing of personal data.
7. Electronic Communications
Necessary notifications concerning services, reservations, account security and membership transactions may be sent using the contact information provided by the user.
Marketing communications are sent in accordance with applicable legislation and the user's relevant preferences or consent.
8. Termination of Membership
Users may request termination of their membership in accordance with the available account options and applicable procedures.
In cases involving breaches of this agreement or applicable law, threats to system security or misuse of services, Autofix Rental may take appropriate measures concerning the membership account in accordance with applicable laws and contractual conditions.
9. Changes to the Agreement
Autofix Rental may update this Membership Agreement to reflect changes in its services, technical infrastructure or applicable legislation.
The current version of the agreement will be published on the Autofix Rental website.
